Curiosity
Curiosity and awareness are closely related. It is easy to fall into a routine life, especially when your family is grown and gone and you retire. Once curiosity disappears, it's difficult to rebuild it. New interests are not frequent among older adults. Many have no wish to explore new subjects. Sometimes necessity pushes us to become curious: the need to use a new product or a replacement for a household product.
Suggestion: Set aside a specific time each day or week to discover at least one detail that you have never noticed before. There are countless possibilities!
